I would highly recommend going into Layne Bryant. Yes, the plus-size store. They are sell to an h cup and 36 is the lowest band size they sell. But they will still measure you even if you're smaller than their sizes. They are very kind. Do it in a dressing room. And the sizing isn't specific to that store. You can then buy a bra online, or in a store that isn't Victoria's secret because their sizing is odd. Bras are not 1 size fits all. I am a 36 h. My sister is a 36 b. We have the same underbust measurement. What hold her in place will not hold mine. Cup sizes are a thing for a reason. A properly fitting bra is extremely important for health reasons.

I have a large ribcage and smaller cup size. Whenever I get shirts with built in cups, the shirt fits perfectly but there’s gapping with the cups. One measurement doesn’t work to get the right sized cups for everyone.

Most lingerie stores measure you in dressing rooms not in public though and they also usually give you the option to measure yourself instead of them, also I don’t understand how you could at all get someone’s size from just measuring their band or just measuring their cups like there are 2 different parts of a bra

Girly, I’m a 34 a-b depending on the month or brand. I’ve got a wide ribcage for my height and size. I need to measure all of it otherwise I’m gonna accidentally get a double d bra and my chest is gonna be 4 sizes too small.

I feel like that wouldn’t work tho. Say the underbust is 28 inches. Some people can have busts the size of 30 inches, while others the size of 34. I just don’t think it would be accurate
