Pierre lives in the beautiful city of Paris "The City of Love" and finds that he himself to be out of luck in that department. His overly corky personality and forwardness try to make the best of the date he has, well the date he thought he had. The young girl seems only interested in herself and being in Paris as Pierre attempts to flirt. It is a hard life, falling in love, especially if you are a mime.

Notes: This film was going to be just another travel video of our journeys. As I had never been to Paris or France in that matter, I thought why not shoot a short film there. Seeing that we only had one day to shoot, I messaged my friend (The Main Actor) and asked if he wanted to play in this film. Then we posted on his acting class facebook site looking for a female actress ( Lavande Khulaiwie) which led me to write a short (Paris Amoureux) for the one day shoot. So the locations were planned out so our time would be sufficient enough to pull off with one camera with an attached mic. We woke up early and filmed the whole day through with two or three takes and eureka!

Most of our videos are filmed in one full day, which one ended up costing me a few vital scenes that didn't make it into the final cut...#dontdeletefootage but in the end, this came out pretty close to the cliche/French film that I desired.

I want to apologize in advance for some sound issues that occur throughout the film. I really hope you find this a nice film about Paris and it's beauty while enjoying the dry humor attached.
