Well. Hello and continued good luck with your birds. Just got my first pigeon. He is a hun. Giant house pigeon . i believe his color is homozygouse red print grizzle. And i will attempt to pair him with a rec. Yellow hen next yr. His parents are imported from europe so iam very excited for next season. His father is the largest pigeon in north america. The only reason i was able to acquire him is because there was no national young bird show this year due to covid 19.

Btw a fertile peigon egg 🥚 needs 17-18 days to hatch + 5 months and a half to mature and can have babies I observed my female fantail from hatching until her 1st born male squab now she is a grandmother

So i have breeding cages for my pigeons and they are:
lenght-80cm
width-43cm
height-40cm
Are they big enought for them or buy new ones?
