it’s 1:38am. im lying in my bed. rain is falling outside. everyone is asleep. i see this song in my recommended and play it. i sit in quiet silence, only the sound of the song playing. the raindrops and the song go good together. i smile at their harmony and sink deeper under the covers. my body is warm. i am calm. i close my eyes as this song gently lulls me to sleep.

no one ever understands how much i want to go back to the old me. when i didn’t care how i looked. when i didn’t care what i did. i could cry for hours and hours thinking to myself about those times and how i can never go back. all i want is to go back. i’ve changed a lot since then when insecurities, confidence and low self-esteem kicked in. I just want to go back to 2015.

It feels also like a generic song if your life was a movie, so enjoy your life before it is too late. All the pleasures of life (hanging out with your friends, asking your crush, laughing with your family/brother/sister, watching a sunrise, sunset, rainbow, your favourite TV show or film, eating your favourite food or drinking your favourite drink while the weather is hot and shiny outside, singing in the rain, skiing, dancing, swimming in the ocean or in the sea, listening to music, sleep, cultivate your mindfulness and zen attitude, trying new clothes, new shoes, new hairstyle, haircut, makeup, nails, boost your self-confidence...). I know it is easy to say it but make the most of your life so when you die you won't regret it.
