I’m from California and I’ve eaten there four times with my daughter. I definitely would not call an upscale restaurant it’s a little bit better than Olive Garden at best I mean it’s OK I think they’re trying to be an upscale restaurants are not quite there yet! If you want to enjoy it the water you should sit outside
