Escargore | Media Design School short film

This snail horror comedy is so scary, it'll shock your shell off!
Claude and his friends are out of their element and in a whole lot of trouble when they choose the wrong lettuce for lunch. They must now find their way out of this world of horrors before they end up on the menu!

Escargore is the latest third year production from Media Design School's Bachelor of Art and Design (3D Animation and VFX). The project took around four months of intensive work to complete by a group of 22 students.

There is a flaw with this animation, snails tuck into their shells when they sense danger, so Sheldon would have tucked in when he was in the blender, and Bruno would have tucked when he started feeling the temperature and would have cooked in his shell. Also, how did that guy not see the 4 garden snails in his bowl?

I remember watching this and was severely confused by it. I thought it was going to be very gory but it seemed like the equivalent of a "horror" version of Turbo. As I grew up, I wondered more and more what the whole movie would be like in different camera angles. The dog eating the snail with the French accent at the end had me real disgusted.. I think this movie is a lil' bad but not worse..
