It's pretty insane how they basically made a new mainline Persona game, just themed heavily around Persona 5 and made for mobile devices to not make it Persona 6

Something I like about the game is how versatile the protagonist is, they’re basically a 3 in 1 character and I like that they can take any role

hopefully I'll actually enjoy grinding this. genshin and HSR burnt me out too much on artifact grinding - maybe ill just stick to the main story.

Yeah, game looks great, designs are sick and the music is fantastic. But I'm not spending a cent on gacha pulls. I don't know how viable it is to play the game using its "free" mechanics but that's as far as I go.

I can't wait for more info on Riko/Wind. Best design in the game.

I don't give a damn as long as the Jiejies (sisters in Chinese) and the Oneesans (sister in Japan) spend a lot of money in this game, even more for offline events (rwnting billboards, making fan events, buying their oshi's merch after it got stocked in stores). We need them more than any other players. Developers there more likely to listen to them than other regionals.

Turning your shadow into a persona always involved having it obey your will, and having the will to accept your repressed emotions while reigning them in was how P4 went...P5 being rebellion themed just sent them on a rampage, golden eyes and all.

While it is true "artifacts" called Arcana (main equip) & Revelations (the 4 signs) will be what we'll eventually have to grind at the endgame, at the very least there's less trash substats and they're well distributed (like having either DMG Bonus or ATK on the same slot). I am level 66 and still grinding the ascension materials for my roster. So far, the content isn't as spongy as HSR's MoC12 so just getting the set and proper main stats for each character are enough. The Door of Nightmares can be cheesed with a whale friend in your guild.

Try Limbus company, it's a gacha game where there's basically no need to spend money with a fantastic story and characters

i tried playing the game a couple of days ago and i couldn't get myself to learn how the gacha even works, even with the translation mod it was very hard to understand 😅 but the gameplay was cool

Not gonna lie i love your viewpoint on this video. Originally i was expecting a very not to deep review and alot of hate points like most people do without fully deep diving. But you actually went in experienced it and did everything in a way that most reviews need to be done. I planned on clicking off and actually was very interested in your opinion with the game it managed to really keep wanting to engage in the video. Overall your pros and cons you mentioned are fully well rounded and rightfully so. The game itself is highly addicting and really hits home to P5 lovers but the only thing alot of us can fear is how bad the powercreep will eventually be and how down bad the currency or push for limited currency will be. So far theres tons of events rotating and even just ways to get said currency but only time will tell to see if this keeps up. Keep doing these types of reviews and or videos i liked this one alot.

I wonder if this will get a pc version like Hoyoverse games. A gacha this big would definitely take up way too much space on a phone over time

I’ll play only because I am so desperate for more Persona content on the go, but just like any other gacha game, I will not be spending, or at the very least be very responsible with spending.

biggest difference is from another games fusion system you canot get best personas at low level and gatcha not helps here if you fail at roll worst case you will have matrials for fusion in future
