Millennium Tower Construction Fix Finally Complete?!

✨ MILLENNIUM TOWER UPDATE✨

This is incredible news--assuming the fix holds--for the Millennium Tower and all of its current and future residents. What was once a symbol of modern construction in San Francisco quickly became notorious for sinking 18 inches and tilting 24 inches toward Fremont St and eight inches toward Mission Street. Lawsuits galore followed and were eventually settled, and the goal turned exclusively to getting this tower fixed so no further leaning occurred.

After years and a major $100 million retrofit project, the fix is allegedly in and the building has already started to correct its tilting. There are a ton of units for sale in the building, some at steep discounts to previous trades.

Amazing how they can fix a building in San Francisco but they can’t fix the people🤦🏻‍♂️😬

The pressure on the piles are still dropping, that means the pilings ARE SINKING. Its not fixed. I think everyone who is invested $$$$ is saying its fixed so they don't have to tear it down and eat

I would never live in this building. The new pilings are attached with bolts. How safe is this?

You may get a bargain but when you buy a condo, assessments need to be budgeted in for things like a fresh coat of paint and a new roof. This tower possibly may need a little more.
