My mother in jax fl died suddenly nurse said she ate good her vitals were good and she was alert hour later arrived hospital doa thier answer from nurse home we don't know and they refused us a autopsy 5 months later the home still refusing to turn over mothers med record to daughter they then gave us a box of belongings that had another residents name on them when she arrived at hospital she was bruised and a skeleton they refuse us any imfo on her we tried all lawyers in jax fl none would bother with her case she died in July 2020 during time no visitors allowed during covid when we mentioned a lawyer they changed thier personell and my moms nurse was not allowed to speak with us she was fine before covid they did later finally find one unreported covid case mabey there was more
