ive actually seen him so many times i just ignored him now i realize

oh damn, I actually found him on the outside of the ice maze once, I thought it was just some random npc

he randomly spawns in a few locations, one of which is near the pipe in between volcano and deep desert

I saw him on top of one of the spikes that surround Eggroost island, I think it might have been closer to the backdoor. However I had no idea this was a secret npc so I just chose "True?" and then he disappeared.

found him in that exact spot in king's den, talked to him and gave me a free iron, didn't know it was rare

When I started out I saw him while being on the thief king quest. I thought he was located to be there when I suddenly remembered about him but I couldn't find him so I knew he was not a normal npc. I wasn't actively looking for him but I found him floating in the swamps so I picked wow and he gave me zinc.

I think I found this npc earlier, she was woman and floated in swamp, but had same dialogue. I chose wow and she gave me normal apple

I have seen that guy in swamp once! He was floating in the air, I had only like 3 hours in the game at that time so I thought it was probably a scrapped content that I shouldn't have seen or discovered, So I just passed by.

i didn't realize this guy was rare when i found him in the mountains, and i chose "True?" then i got a piece of copper in return

He isnt despawning from what i know, he's changing his location, which he has a LOT of.

I mean, yall know the Boulder enemy spawn place? Yeah, he can spawn there. He can spawn at any village/outpost, he can spawn on most of Sinister Sea Islands, he can spawn on trees in Forest, he can even spawn in the volcano!

I actually had seen him in thief king cave, but I was still new and didn't have climbing claws. Thought I was hallucinating back then.

I was came across the maze under cloud city, I was going to farm
Skeletons for the Medal, but instead I went behind the maze. He was just there, I thought it was a quest NPC, so I didn’t pay much attention to what I got

I found him literally floating at top of the Swamp and i was able to reach him with a speed build. Gave me like 3 iron tho
