Scarlet Sails festival goes ahead in St. Petersburg under strict security

In the major Russian port city of Saint Petersburg, the Scarlet Sails festival in honor of St. Petersburg's high school graduates was held on Saturday amid the Wagner security crisis. Though attendees expressed their concerns with the situation, they said they had faith in the government.
