I Built A 7.0L HELLEPHANT Engine For A SECRET Project!

When I bought a "ToP SEcReT" new project and needed to find the perfect engine for it, I knew what needed to be done. A Hellcat, but make it bigger..

So we set out to build a 1500hp capable 426 cubic inch Hellephant engine with a yuge 3.8l Whipple supercharger on top! Of course, as with any new engine, you want to work out the kinks, so we built our first engine test rig and fired it up outside of the car!

Colby Davies has ran 2600hp with a stock casting block; he runs TTs and a 411 stroker with a 3.900 crank with more overlap than the 4.05 used in the 426. Best of luck Lee!

I was always taught when deleting a heater core or any coolant circulated part was to route from outlet to inlet not to blank off on each side. As some coolant circuits by merely blanking the ports you may negatively alter natural coolant flow and cause potential hot spots. I suppose each engine would be different but its a nice safe way to do it regardless.
