Humanity has always been fascinated by the sky above and the oceans below. Curiosity is one of humanity's strengths and will continue to be a prominent trait. Countless people have wondered what is beyond our world, and their inquiries have led to new discoveries about the universe. The universe is vast, and we know very little about it, but humanity is anxious to unravel its greatest secrets. Many missions, like as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Voyager, have been carried out to increase our understanding of the cosmos. However, if the stars had not aligned, two of the most remarkable spacecrafts ever launched would never have launched. The stars in this scenario were actually planets—the four largest in the solar system. 45 years later, both probes are still travelling across interstellar space. Researchers, some of whom are younger than the spacecraft, are actively exploiting Voyager data to solve riddles within and beyond our solar system. And recently Voyager 1 came across something unusual; what is this most recent discovery? What are the probes up to now? What challenges will these spacecraft face in the coming years? All of this will be revealed in today's video.

It's 5 year mission: to seek out new life, new civilizations, to boldly go, where no man has gone before!!

WOW~! Now that we've gotten into interstellar space, Wouldn't it make sense to send another probe completely turned off to conserve energy until reaching interstellar space to maybe increase speed to get further out quicker?

It is such a shame that the cameras have been turned off I can only imagine what wonderful wonderful pictures we would get if the cameras were still operational

40 years ago we sent out 2 satellites and are still functional today. Today, we have people who dont even know what a woman is. We really going forward now?

The marvel that old fashion analog systems have made. In comparison with todays's digital programmed obsolescence systems.

Too bad the cameras can no longer send back can't even imagine what it would

says that 2 were designed, then says made 2 identical, so in reality, one was designed and they built 2 of them

I think we should adapt the space shuttle to the likeness of a satellite..and load it with a reusable vehicle tosend down to a planet surface gather data, return to the shuttle the carry on with multiple missions

My interest was awakened by the thought of the presence of electrons....I bought a gaDget created by Prife. I suppose the electrons in the atmosphere and the gadget are strong enough to make ones body better when the Prife gadget is focused on certain parts of the body. The level of the body feeling better in 1 - 10 is 10.
Thanks a lot for sharing such space - experiential knowledge from the voyager.

1 day voyager 1 enters in type 2 civilization or maybe 3

What gives neptune its wind? It has no trees and presumably, no atmosphere. It would seem like it would have just as much wind as any other planet or moon in our solar system.

That hum is the overheating battery powering our universe experiment

Instead of guessing when the batteries will be done why not power everything up and get as much data as you can it will tell you when it's done... just sayin

I have a great question, if you are having trouble of seeing our own solid system, how can I believe you know what is there, as your own mouths even say you don't know why the cameras do it, how can we be sure you even know 100%with out doudt what is there, for we know, the planets ET's have been coming from are closer than we know, for we know, you might think if you tell us it's in our solid system, we won't be interested in it with the outer universe ones. Funny how it takes heaps to get long distance, so the craft we see must be in the planets close or under sea and ground of earth, as the craft they have would be short distance, and if a bigger craft bought them, then we and 100% ISS would and we know. I wrecking it be better spent looking in our own world before rushing into space, look closer and build from there, come on, 95% of ocean has not seen humans and we it. The you have the story of the poles having access to inter earth, people should not laugh at that idea, they come closer than most realise
