For longer rotations, they both would be very similar since you will get your burst back much quicker or you can simply lower your ER for some extra crit dmg. Plus if you have a C1, you can change Zhongi for a better unit like Xiangling for the vape. R5 Amber is more than a healer itself (You get 6000+ HP for your entire team every 18s)

i’m currently saving for his rerun and i’m unsure whether to go for c1 or tome 😭 unfortunately i lost his 50/50 on his first run so i have to snag one copy first. been having a huge dilemma tbh

His weapon is superior, however if we put ourselves in the situation where we want him to be on the team with Furina, prototype will help to quickly obtain the charges of the Furina buff, although Neuvilette in itself easily obtains the 350 charges without prototype. This dragon really is very good in many ways no matter where you look at it

Neuvillete c1r1 and im f2p since day 0 except for 1 battle pass and one moon bless but like 1 year ago....so its possible if you save ofc

As a nuve main it's not a must but it is a extra boon of dmg an can be used on wriot which is another reason why I have it my nuve has sac jade

This is just my opinion but with forward vape neuvilette team, he can use more weapon with em substat

The biggest reason that I wished for Neuvillete was because the best f2p weapons were widsith (which was on klee), and prototype amber (had it lv 90, but didn't look good on him). So i wished for his weapon, and got wolves gravestone, staff of Homa, and then tomb. In less than 90 pulls.

I personally think a R1 C3 neuv its good enough, any const after that its for longer attacks but its not like the cd time its long

That’s damage is quite decent. He looks to be a fairly good character, especially since he also has good aoe.
