So Rosetta should be able to locate some complex molecules, if they do exist on the comet. Don't expect anything big, but some smaller molecules that are the very beginning blocks needed to form life as we know it.
We have detected some of these before from previous observations, but a more detailed analysis with Rosetta would be very exciting!
