Great video - good ideas. Starting a similar process as my desk is painful. Was having much of the same ideas (monitor stand, desk mat etc, better ambient light). Never knew "sun lights" existed.

I came across the same brand of monitor stand. I realise you don't put the monitor on the stand - I quite like the clean look of that - but does it seem well built for supporting a monitor? I want to avoid risk of anything too flimsy.
