Just found this on Sun.13th June 2021 !! Never knew it existed, but it shows that George was "dipping his toes" into what he does, and did exceptionally well, and which he continued to produce until his death.Having first heard George about 1968 (on the AFN radio) and not knowing who he was (Window Up Above), and then in 1968 (?) I heard on the radio his duet LP with Gene Pitney. I have a very good ear for recognising voices, and bingo, THAT WAS HIS VOICE I HAD BEEN LISTENING FOR. Tonight after a few beers, tempted to go to ebay to start buying/bidding for all those albums/cds which I do not have. Time to shut down the laptop before I spend a fortune.
