Recording date: 5th December 2022

Fission 3.0 is a uranium project generator and exploration company, focusing on projects in the Athabasca Basin, home to some of world's largest high grade uranium discoveries. Fission 3.0 currently has 16 projects in the Athabasca Basin. Several of Fission 3.0's projects are near large uranium discoveries, including, Arrow, Triple R and Hurricane deposits.

The Company's management, headed up by Dev Randhawa as CEO & Chairman and Raymond Ashley, P.Geo., is the team that founded Fission Uranium and made the Patterson Lake South (PLS) high-grade discovery. The same team also founded Fission Energy Corp., making the J-Zone high-grade discovery in the Athabasca Basin and building Fission into a TSX Venture 50 Company. In April 2013 Fission Energy sold the majority of its assets to Denison Mines including its Waterbury Lake property and Fission Uranium Corp. was spun out of the deal with Denison. Fission 3.0 is the third generation Fission run by one of Canada’s leading uranium exploration teams.

Fission 3.0 was incorporated in October 2013 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fission Uranium Corp. On November 28, 2013, Fission 3.0 completed a plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act involving Alpha Mineral and Fission Uranium Corp. pursuant to which Fission Uranium acquired Alpha Minerals’ 50% stage in the Patterson Lake South (PLS) project. As a result of the transaction, certain properties and assets of Fission Uranium, including the Patterson Lake North PLN), Clearwater West, North Shore and Beaver River properties in Saskatchewan, became properties and assets of Fission 3.0 and Fission 3.0 is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fission Uranium.

Will see what the assays from the additional drills bring. Someone believes strongly enough to buy in big. I bough shares a long time ago in a sweep of explorcos. Only takes one diamond. Recoup total investment from all and let all the others ride. If the tide comes in, all of them go up. Must be with play money however. Dont bank on these.

Dev has gone through this process and produced results before. FUU.V is in good hands.

This Dev Randhawa should run for office and become a politician because all he is concerned about is stuffing his pockets and enriching himself at the expense of the shareholder. I cannot stand this guy. While he was running Fission into the ground diluting the heck out of it he continued to collect his six figure salary. Every time he raised money the bulk of the raise went to G&A and his bank account.

Evasive on every single question. intersting assay results for sure, but this guy was incapable of coherantly stringing together a sentance.

They're definitely onto something that looks very promising. Lots of money sitting on the sidelines waiting to jump in on good drill results. Not much good news in the sector other than this! Just remember DD is not just listening to what mgmt. tells you look at share count and the success of past deposits.

Dev seems like a bit of a wheeler dealer to me. Due diligence is important so is my gut feeling on someone. If my gut is wrong then so be it.
