Im almost 6'4 with a dad bod I struggle with finding sizes cause I'm to tall an good fashion im by no means obese I have a muscular dad bod similar to how you see cliche lumberjack builds in movies an shows I also go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week so this video is pretty helpful I usually have to wear 2xl to 3xl pants for length and my waist size I have a 44 inch waist and a 4xl to 5xl shirt for my shoulders arms and chest baggy clothes also look better on me
