Correction: Raisi has never been a scholer in anything. He got the job in Islamic republic judiciary after the 79 revolution when islamists came to power and replaced our modern judiciary with a shariah based one...

Even in the new system he was not qualified to serve as a judge. However he got the job since he was willing to do the dirty work and issue death penalty for any political opponent.

Don't forget about Raisi's role in the explosion of the Jewish office in Argentina and the explosion that killed 85 Jews and more than 300 people injury's . He left a wound, and the Argentinian court convicted Raisi, the current minister of his country, Vahidi, and a number of other officials of the mullahs' regime, and recently extended the arrest warrant for Raisi. Risi was even afraid of traveling to European countries!
