Welcoming Fall to the Homestead | Cozy Fall Decorate with Me

Hey Friend, join me in our little home for some cozy fall decorating and baking as we welcome Autumn to the Homestead. I'll show you how I decorate for fall on a budget, still bringing warmth and colors of the season to our space. We'll bake some Chai Scones and make some Salted Caramel Creamer and talk a little bit too.

Todays recipes:
Chai spice scones:
12 tablespoons very cold butter, diced into cubes
½ cup cold heavy cream
1 egg + 1 yolk
2 cups all-purpose flour, I used Gluten Free
1/3 cup Maple or Coconut sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon chai spice blend
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Bake at 375 for 18-25 minutes
for the Maple Chai Glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons chai spice blend
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon maple syrup
pinch of kosher salt
Salted Caramel Creamer(Non Dairy, Low Sugar)
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar(if you want it sweeter, double the sugar and water mixture)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
1 can full fat coconut milk
Salted Caramel Cream with Dairy
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup whole raw milk
