10 Years Of Building A Minecraft City : The History Of Whiteburg City

With the passing of 2021 I felt it was time to close out a chapter of my life. In this video I will be showing you the last 10 years of my life, well in relation to Minecraft that is. Please join me as I take you around every world I have ever called "Whiteburg City" and showcase anything and everything I feel is notable.

The video starts off in 2011/2012 when the game was still in the beta stages. It then follows me through my years at Uni right up to the present day and our current Minecraft city project of Whiteburg (be sure to check out the videos on my channel documenting the growth of this).

I have ended the video with a conclusion that sums up my thoughts on the past 10 years and a look to the future of this idea, the idea of Whiteburg City.

I was a builder on the Keralis server ( was not the best but did my best effort to make some good designs ) between 2014ish- 2018 and it was a good experience. Seeing lots of awesome traditional, Victorian, and city skyscrapers made me feel great to be in part of that era. I do not play mc anymore and going into harder games like rust and first person shooter but mc will be part of my life as a decade of creativity.

Very interesting insights that not only penetrate into the history of Whiteburg City but also into your entire Minecraft story/career from which I could recognise many similar things in my Minecraft story. It is always good to immerse yourself in the nostalgia of the old and first Minecraft worlds and the comparison of how you used to see it and how you see it with today's eyes is always very interesting! I really enjoyed the tour through the different phases of Whiteburg City you showed in this video 👍. I can also remember my first world, to which unfortunately I no longer have access today.... The first building I built shortly after I entered the world was a hotel built of clay and glass. Even from the first video of you what I saw "Let's build a City #6 Town Hall" until today you can still observe a great evolution in Minecraft building.
