Due to an unbelievable snafu, mine was had been delayed for 10 weeks. Almost became homeless. Checked my bank acct. Balance yesterday...let's just say I sat in my car crying with thankfulness. Be patient and keep filling. Good luck.

I applied 3-15-20. When I certified week 1 and 2, got disqualified and no explanation. I emailed, sent letter and called so many times.. No way to get hold of the EDD. It is very disappointing.

I’m nervous because I’ve been getting paid for months now except this time it says 0.00 pending and it seems to be taking longer for the pending process to clear, I’m not sure if I may have answered anything differently or if they are just taking slightly longer. It’s been 2 days so far.

Can anyone answer ? Do they apply the back payments from when you were out of work? Or the day you claim ?

They did me the same way. I took a leave to care for dad with covid. I had been getting unemployment since march due to hrs getting cut. So when i took leave in may i had no idea about pua. Long story short my employer accidently reported i was on a paid leave. Very false so i verify wages and im cleared then i get hit with back pay no fraud but i have to pay back 10 wks of pua and employment. I had no idea about the 2 different programs and employer already called to straighten wages. But because i have to still go through appeal process, i am waiting until nov 17th or 18th. This was first week of aug. Smh and my employer fired me for no reason on top of tht but will not tell me why I was fired. I have everything documented

Been receiving unemployment, been on furlough, now found out not going to be rehired, going to receive severance pay from job 26 weeks, do I stop calling to claim benifits to stop them from sending it

I live in DE. I had the same issue. I was due back pay from March to mid May. An associate at the DE unemployment had to manually enter my missed weeks of certification. I also had an technical issue entering my weekly certification. Anyway, I've been reachinf out to them since the beginning of April and they sent me an email yesterday telling me my request was denied. They said, I wouldn't receive my 6 weeks of unemployment because I didn't call it in. I waited basically 7 months for them to simply deny me even though a associate manually entered my info and I had issues with certification because of technical appealing the decision but Im furious considering the amount of time and effort Ive put into resolving the matter. If anyone has any suggestion or help, please do so.

I do mine through paper and on the 16th of December i sent my paper out it's now January 2 and still haven't gotten a payment then i got another paper to sign and sent that out and still no payment from that either

I have been pending for 10 weeks. Can not get a hold of anyone and I have called every number possible for over 8 hours a day for the past 2 weeks. I am about to have my car repossessed! This is absolutely unacceptable. I am going to be kicked out of my place! I have done every trick in the book when it comes to calling their numbers. This is emotionally exhausting. At this point I am owed over 7000 dollars that is all going to go to my late bills! What am I suppose to do I am a chef so there is no hope for me to just get another job anytime soon. I have never felt so helpless in my life..

make sure to check that caps lock in not engaged on your computer keyboard when entering the password I have been locked out almost one month and I have to tell 3 kids that there will be no more food or cable for virtual learning .

Hi, I made a mistake too answering a question wrong on their automated machine and then I got an email from the unemployment examiner asking me questions and so emailed them back with the answers to their questions and still havent heard back from them, so frustrated with them, but i'm sure there is millions with the same issue as mine. I guess I have to just wait.

I exhausted all my regular unemployment. Got letter saying I qualified for another 13weeks extension. But I filed my payment request last Wednesday didn't get nothing deposited Friday...idk if I messed up certifying? The balance is their but didn't get no income. I called & the lady told me there was an issue but didn't know what issue. I'm going to call again tomorrow. Hopefully just sum small error

I reapplied and they sent me a new card and even online I see how much my balance is and I went to certify for my first 2 weeks of payment and it’s says disqualified for those weeks? Has anyone had this happen ? If so was it ever resolved or am I Fucked ?

I file for pua 10weeks ago....I call every week....have been approved...and still no money...they owe me about 5000.00. at this point I thick I would be a fool to believe that they will pay me wait let's all go on vacation
