Most of it is also just your hair resting on your forehead, if you have long hair that sits there the hair grease gets on your forehead and does its stuff. So moving it at least to the sides can help a lot.

Don't use Soap from a dispenser to cure Acne use a Soap Brick from "Germanie De Cappuccini" or eat a fruit that i don't remember the name (also taking care of your diet)
