Some of your chiropractor friends may have have been taught by my former chiropractor Roy Farnsworth. Roy started his practice in about 1950 and I became his patient in 52 at 2 years of age…..
Anyway, Roy developed a very painful condition in his fingers that was so severe he had to enlist another chiropractor to care for his patients while he figured out what was going on.
After a relatively short time he along with his doctor friends found he had a sensitivity to Night Shade vegetables. A friend had given him a 40 lb box of local tomatoes which he quickly consumed . It was these tomatoes that triggered his autoimmune response. He then of course stopped eating all night shades and he soon was back to work at his chiropractic practice.
I dearly miss old Roy, he was the best of the best.

What do you make of Anthony Chaffee's theory that autoimmunity does not exist? If I understand him right, he is saying the lectins attach to cells, causing the immune system to attack the cell. He says that if the immune system was attacking an organ like the thyroid because it had identified it as a threat, why would it ever turn off until the organ is totally destroyed? What he says makes sense to me.

Only thing it could be is the changes in hormonal profile that occurs in menopause.

Maybe I am wrong, but to me as a health therapist dealing with lots of menopausal women, it seems as if lot of these autoimmune poblems start around the menopause. Is this a good conclusion, and if so, any idea what could be the reason?

So true. My father got Gullian Barre syndrome after a flu. It almost killed him.

Instead of the bait and switch, smoke and mirrors, fancy words why no carnivore can cite health outcomes data eg carnivore fixes X and do X much better than other dietary groups .

The vegans can eg one third the rates of diabitities compared to meat loving Americans.

Source Pub Med data.😊
