He is, to this day, one of my favorite characters in fiction. His backstory and his powers are pretty interesting. Too bad the power creep has been intense since Whole Cake arc, and now it feels like he could be one shotted by even Zoro, Sanji, Jinbe or any of the characters from the current arc.

Doflamingo really is a genuis. His devil fruit is WEAK as fuck, only producing strings, but he turns it into weapons and transport. Big mom also had her fruit at a young age but Doffy is definitely better at using his devil fruit than big mom.

Imo i do think pre Luffy awakening is one of the best DF users.

Just being made of rubber his base and second form is versatile, form 3 is a bit obsolete, gear 4 is insane and thats before being awakened

Katakuri is also a pretty good user as he is one of the best haki users and his moves combo pretty well but doffys fruit is harder to work with
