All I really need from matchmaking is +/-1 matchmaking. The number of players on opponent's teams matters more to me than their equipments.

As soon as I put on a 6x things get interesting LOL. We are definitely being matched based on gear level, scopes and suppressors.

IDK about xp-level based matchmaking, but Gear based matchmaking doesn't feel good for me. As it's a free-for-all realistic gameplay as it has 1V2V3V4 PVPVE style.But unrank/ranked matchmaking is ok.
