It seems more like Demise, Ganondorf has always wished to rule. Complete and utter destruction reminds me more of the Imprisoned. Also fun fact, Demises original Japanese name was . . . nothing. Instead Zelda says he was the Demon Tribe's leader referred to as the Bringer of Demise. which sounds more like a role (like the President of the US). It's possible that the corpse and voice are Ganondorf. But it's The Bringer of Demise in that's in the Brain. Ganondorf could be assuming the role of The Bringer of Demise.
