total 11 characters which has 2P's in it and not starting with P means 11-2= 9 characters choices at the start of the word and one character is taken from those 9 characters and we are left with 8+2(2P's)= 10 characters for the rest of the word and the answer turns out to be
(10!*9)/(4!*4!*2!) = 28350 which also the sirs answer if you simply (11!/(4!*4!*2!)) - (10!/(4!*4!))=28350

Q2 and Q3 can be solved with binomial expansion :

Q3 approach :
nC0(2^0) + nC1(2^1) + nC2(2^2)+ ... nCn(2^n)
we can compare this with binomial expansion of (1+x)^n.
here x = 2
therefore ans = (1+2)^n = 3^n


nCr = Select r elements from x for B.
2^r = number of subsets of B

I am getting (2*10!)/4!4! , but answer is (10!/4!4!). Please explain where I am going wrong.

sir, in question 2- the symbol used is of proper subsets, but the solution may contain full set as A and B

Sir, in previous question where you told to create a word of 4 letter from 26 letters we did 26*26*26*26
by default we took repetation is allowed

but here in this question why are we not considering repetation of words

It's because of limited and unlimited repetation ?
