I can see a lot of refs not being able to make that call and that is why you need replay and different angles. The ref did not see him out. He just assumed he was by how close the was. Surprised they didn't allow replays even though they broadcasted these games and gave clear replays. There is something clearly wrong with the system if the broadcast is doing a better job than the reffing system.
