We can safely say she was a late bloomer, which is good because, given what lancer artoria looks like, if that anti-aging spell kicked in any moment later, it would’ve been a lot harder to conceal her gender.

I pity Artoria Pendragon she never got a life of a princess or actually see her farther. She was made into a warror by her Uncle and cousin (brother) the closest thing she had to a family left. And she never once complained never said no to her duty to her people or country. She took caliburn knowing the hardships and difficulties. She brought the foundation of Chilvary and knighthood even if Camelot fell into legend and Chilvary died. Artoria truly deserves happiness and praise.

Artoria deserves to be happy.

She has weaknesses. We see her regrets, flaws, strengths, loves, dislikes all of it. We see her progress throughout the 3 routes and its awesome. Heavens feel she selfishly wants the grail so much she’ll turn to darkness, in ubw she wants the grail but in the end, her loyalty to Shirou and Rin prevails and she destroys the grail. In fate original route shes the most indepth as she gives up on the grail after realizing the truth. She also gets together with Shirou and they spend eternity in avalon.

I played the original game in the year 2000s and the prequel. Knowing all of the background and listening to this, still hit my feels even to this day.
If possible, I really hope the true ending being animated. Then I can rest in peace.

To be fair, Arthur stopped aging when they pulled out caliburn so it'd be pretty easy for people to assume they were just a *really* young dude or an effeminate man
