I work at the Oregon State Hospital. Only three of the photos used in that segment are actually photos that have anything to do with the hospital; the opening shot of the hospital, which was taken off the internet, and two photos from the museum. The other photos, of dilapidated rooms and graffiti, are not of the hospital at all. They were probably found on the internet somewhere and inserted in under the audio. The old hospital buildings are all state building, and many are still in use as office space for various state agencies. Quite a hack job on the Oregon State Hospital, and I have never heard of any staff experiencing any paranormal activity on the premises. This is all fabricated to increase views for this video channel!

So I live in Klamath Falls and let me tell you about the old OIT college. It’s super scary at night and one night it was me and few friends trying to figure out a way in and I went to the front “door” and there was a fence behind it. I was trying to use my flashlight on my phone to see inside and it sounded like someone wearing boots ran literally at me but there was no one there. We ran to the car and left.. two years later I went back, which was a few months ago, and I used a ouija board because I wanted to see if it actually works and I got in contact with a man. And then after that night. Bad luck happened. I kept it in my car, not good idea, and my windshield shattered and then like a week later I got in a car crash in Medford Oregon. A white car came out of nowhere and swerved in my lane, my boyfriend and I swerved out of the way and hit a median going 40mph. And I wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and I hit my head on the roof of my car and my spine felt like a spring being pushed down then let go and I thought I went paralyzed because I couldn’t move. When we looked up the car was absolutely no where, the traffic light was red so you would think it would be there. But the car literally wasn’t anywhere and could’ve have gotten far. Point of the story is, this shit is real. Don’t make fun of it.

During WWII the Marine Corps built a Barracks / recuperation hospital outside Klamath Falls to treat various mosquito-borne illnesses because the altitude, mild weather, rest and good food was the best option before newer and more powerful drugs were developed. Shortly after the war, Dr. Winston Purvine and the State of Oregon acquired the property for $1and opened Oregon Vocational School to train returning Veterans. The name was quickly changed to Oregon Technical Institute after numerous complaints that some thought it a reform school for convicts. These buildings were not designed for more than a few years use, and definitely not built to accommodate large numbers of students and heavy duty shop classes. In 1964, the school moved to a "real" campus next to our newly built hospital. After sitting empty for approx. 2 decades, the property was sold and the buildings were torn down to make way for upscale housing units. Unfortunately, many units were recently found to be contaminated due to improper asbestos removal procedures. Oregon Institute of Technology still continues to operate, the mechanical and technical courses it was built on now replaced with the more common computer science, medical technology and even "Renewable Energy" degrees.
