I cannot connect my device to wifi, reset it, waited, nothing. Keeps telling me it’s unable to connect. My internet is 2.4ghz and the router is legit 5 feet away near a window and it’s still not working. Reset it, Unplugged it for 30 minutes and tried re setting it up and still nothing.

So you have to choose 1 device type for each socket. Cant have more control with a de-humidifier and humidifier on one of the sockets?

Taking mine I know you got to keep the viewers engage so you can't have a 30 minute video but maybe give the option for a more in-depth video at the end of let's say a short and compounded video

Hello. I recently noticed a malfunction on the controller. I have the HS value to 55% with a differential 2.5%, and 1 minutes protection time. For the first 3 days, it turned the humidifier on when the humidity descended to about 49-50%.But now, for some reason the protection time takes way longer than 1 minute, causing humidity to go as low as 28%. I've even set the protection time to 0, but it keeps getting stuck at 'humidity delay' for quite some minutes. What can I do to fix this?

I own 4 of these and they work no problem at all with Wifi. They run my business. I just ordered two more of the exact same model and they turn on just fine out of the box. When I try to configure the units for wifi through the app something happens and they start rebooting themselves in an endless cycle. There is no way that I can find to get of this problem. I returned them to amazon and got replacements and the same thing. Did something change or I can getting faulty units over and over?

I gave this to my friend so he can use once I was done with it. But for some reason it’s not letting him connect to WiFi. It says THIS DEVICE IS ALREADY IN USE. I DELETED MY OLD ACCOUNT. but still don’t let him connect. Any idea on resetting

I got 6 of these and set 2 up with minimal issues. When I went to set the next ones up, the units flash to r2.1. I can’t get it to do anything when it does this.

Basically having the same problem the first person described. I’m using the device with my rainbow boas vivarium and her humidity is set around 98%. the device itself is pretty darn reliable but the alarm is driving me absolutely insane. When you say set the humidity value to the minimum, could you go into a little more detail? I’m a bit confused.

When I go to wifi it says “closed”, it won’t let me click in wifi to add it even though I’m connected. Reset the wifi not seeing an option to do anything with that, recommendation?

Can we please get a silence button for all alarms in the app or a update to the controller every night my alarm goes off for a sensor error or humidity alarm it is very annoying the product works but I feel like it would be even better if we could get mute all alarms in the app or as an option on the controller itself I’m almost to the point where I would pay real money it drives me my wife my dog and guest insane
