Rep. Scott Perry talks tax reform at a panel discussion

U.S. Rep Scott Perry, R-York, joined a discussion hosted by Americans for Progress Pennsylvania, which addressed tax reform. Perry said tax reform would lead to job creation, more investment in the U.S. and made several other statements at the Radisson Hotel in East Pennsboro Township.
