You said the CV has to be framed with 80% of skills relevant to the job we are applying, on the other hand the linkedin profile should match with the CV we apply. How do we have to manage with one linkedin profile when different employers with different job description look for our CV and linkedin match?

Well Well Well isn't it funny ...there is no fault of anyone always the TIME is faulty and no need to blame anyone.
I am 59 Working for a group of 5 Star Hotels in London earning 90K pa.
When you have made your CV and you think it is fine and happy with it please do not modify. The job which you are destined is yours only remember that.
I gave many interviews in the UK, when I got an email saying UNFORTUNAETLY YOU ARE NOT SELECTED what do I do? Just put in a folder named Stupid People thats it ...No need to get stressed or blame anyone. Just move forward and keep applying for another companies and never apply that company anymore who reject you and for sure you will get Job with the same CV

Hi Sarika, it seems very few jobs have been listed for sponsorship ya relocation and we can able to find them only in linkedin. Is there any other job portals which can help us to segregate sponsored jobs and am a civil engineer and civil related jobs are under shortlisted occupations' yet no company is ready to sponsor for a candidate with required skillset.
Lemme know if you come across any job portal or else if you can provide any reference in construction industry. I have an experience of 4.7 years in tendering & bidding, cost estimation and planning and key accounts management.

i often see you doing videos related to only engineering courses, could you also do any video regarding biotechnology, biomedical engineering, health care management, food science courses etc.... because here, hell lot of people are struggling to get the right gudience, we are completely in confusion, to make our career choices regarding this respective often do not find anyone talking about courses like this...
