Sir, can you explain briefly the example number 3? I was quite confuse why the signs change when you add the (x-(h)) + (y-(k)) = r2

Isnt the formula (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2= r^2 because you wrote h in both the (x-h) and (y-h) isnt it supposed to be (y-k) not h

How is like without given radius? Like this: (x-11)² + (y+2)²

I think -1 would be as k not h?
(x-(h))² + (y-(k))²=r²
h=3, k=-1
