Pc accelerator has evolved, 2024 the new file name is close to extrafastapps. So to delete it you need to right click on in in the task manager icon of extrafastapps and keep that file page open and open the page to where the file originated from. Then go back to the task manger and end task by right clicking. Then go back to the file page and delete everything. There you go and your welcome. If you don't end the task it will not delete the running files.
