Matt really cool stuff, one thing to mention is how the architect will pull dimensions, in our office we do face of stud to face of stud and I know I other office they do face of finish to face of finish. Usually one of the dimensions strings will be loose to account for fraction add-ups, toward a non critical space !

I've always said 90% of a company really don't want the position, but you can see talent as soon as you see his work ethics especial if he starts from the bottom. And for me those are the one's worth training.
