Dilemma of programming Language Choices | C++, Golang, Rust, Java, C#, Python or JavaScript

As a software developer and programmer, we encounter this dilemma multiple times about selecting a programming language for our work as well as for expanding our knowledge base. There are so many programming languages out there and each of them are successful in one way or others.

Unfortunately, the argument of choices are not simple or black and white but we can apply some filters, some amount of thought process to make our selection wise and better.
