ive been playing changli/encore with zero quickswap practice aka bad dmg lol. hoping to use lumi so i can pair encore with like sanhua instead and diversify my teams, even if it looks like this is quickswap too

Surely you should use enhanced skill before liberation for atk% buff?

I prefer Taoqi. The skill DMG bonus is the same, but Taoqi gives it for 14sec vs Lumi's 10sec and Taoqi gives shields as well.
