At 704, 63, 828 there is a a spruce village with two blacksmiths. One has five iron, a saddle and diamond horse armor and in the second one there is an iron chest plate, iron leggings, five iron, five apples, an iron pick, and iron horse armor
Also at 776, 62, 712 is a buried treasure chest

If you go past the ocean monument There will be a snowy biome and six villages hundred blocks away from each other with two igloos, Pillager outpost and a ruined nether portal.

A Diamond pick, two full sets of iron armor, a handful of iron picks, a bucket and flint and steel, and plenty of food

There’s a cave next to the island that I found 45 diamonds in, it’s at first a water cave but after you go down until like Y 15 there will be diamonds and when you mine them it will lead into a big cave system

Keep in mind, Java players, things like villages don't spawn where they would on Bedrock. You'll be on an ACTUAL survival island

Fun fact: With the new 1.21 update, if you go to exactly 268, ~~, 201 and dig straight down to y -25 youll find a trial chamber, (keep in mind its underwater) and its literally like 300 blocks from spawn!! Best seed ever.

Edit: Just found another trial chamber in -1811, -8, -1010 (Ok this one is actually a bit far xd) and above that theres a mushroom island but its really small (literally)

It says bedrock/java, but a note, I believe bedrock chests are randomized so that loot won’t be guaranteed.
