Mendota Heights Officer Scott Patrick was killed in the line of duty 10 years ago, and one man is making sure he will never be forgotten. FOX 9's Paul Blume has the story.

I remember that day Scott Patrick died in a line of duty. But I want to go tomorrow to memorial day in west st.paul and south st.paul banned 🚫 full lifetime due to the
Disabliesm and abliesmits city council members who hate crime us disabled people by lying us such a people call 911 which we do not 🚫 city council members slandering us disabled people. Some are done by the cop's. We I lost four cousins, three in Burnsville fire 🚒🔥 and police officers and one cousin in MPLS police officer and I couldn't go due to the fact I could be arrested for violating the banned 🚫 two city police officers in both cities. I did for MPLS police officer who is my cousin Michel. Other three I couldn't go due to the cities council members slandering hate on us disabled people. We can't shop or appointment with the doctor I had, but they were told get rid of low income and disabled people and elderly low income they are disgusting to us in West and South st.Paul cities.
