Perimeter Security Considerations

There are many considerations to ponder when effectively answering the question, "How is your perimeter security?" Locks, gates, walls, fences, barriers, cameras, security systems, lighting, etc. I will get into some detail on this topic.

I also live in the suburbs, I relocated from rural 20 years ago.
About two weeks ago there was break ins on my block, many when people where home & sleeping. 20 years for me and 35 years for the neighborhood, times are changing. Everyone must up their game on security.

With the potential for power outages, concentrate on door locks, reinforcing doors and window locks, and ways to funnel access into layered “kill zones” without relying on cameras 🎥 and other types of surveillance that requires power.

Time is coming nearer every day… need to prioritize the basics first then spin off into investing in cameras 🎥 and other equipment later after you have covered all your basics

We bought a 6" & 8" In-Line fans with Carbon Filters the ones they use in Cannabis Grow Tents/Rooms to filter our air just for the purpose of hiding the smell of food cooking INDOORS. These fans can be bought from AC Infinity, Mars Hydro, Spyder Farmer just to name a few. I have them venting into the attic and I'll tell you It Works! They are not very expensive only around $160.00 depending on which one, size and who you buy from, Amazon sells them also for these companies. Agine I'll say, They Work Very Well you can't smell anything outside the house.
