Hot Water Cornbread | ONLY 2 ingredients (Jiffy Mix & Hot Water)

This old school Hot Water cornbread was made in a “Jiffy” and made with only 2 ingredients: Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix & Boiling water. I gave it a good mix, fried over the burner (in oil) until done (golden brown) then served. YUMlicious!

Never tried it with jiffy. But the regular corn meal salt version is good
