Nokie Edwards & I first met at the Kyoto BelAmi Club in Japan in April of 1980. He was just a guest customer at this club, & he asked me to go out & paint the down red after my performance wc we did. A wonderful person Nokie was ! Very famous in Japan . I’ll never forget him & the great time we had that night.

They are absolutely fabulous!!! the BEST of the BEST!!!! I had the opportunity to se them live when they went to Mexico City in 1965 and they still sound the same if not better. Uncomparable!!! LOVE them!!!

My son who is a drummer this was the first drum solo he learned-and always and still does uses this sometimes as warm up-great memories for mom-still plays this for me when im at his place-WIPE OUT

They were my guitar heroes back in the day. Still are. Never had the opportunity to see them live which I deeply regret. Nokie is amazing.

Watched the entire thing and this guitar has steadily improved over the decades. It used to be that if you played out just about any where you were required to play many Venture versions of a wide variety of songs. If you didn't comply, you were simply not eligible to get the 2nd week of work. Sounding like the Venture was a requirement across the USA for opening or closing many sets. That about sums it up.
