Looks good, I like bacon 🥓 in my mofongo and I am Puerto Rican so yes some Puerto Rican’s do put bacon, pork rinds or fatback in there mofongo and anything else like lime or lemon juice or even some chicken broth for taste, (porque pa los gustos si hicieron los colores) 😉😋 Keep doing what your doing and don’t let anyone bring you down.

Just so that you know. We never have put bacon 🥓 on Puerto Rican mofongo. Who ever gave you that recipe is 💯 percent wrong.
