The main group of Bloodsport, Harley, Ratcatcher 2, Peacemaker, Polkadot Man, King Shark and Rick Flag are all excellent imo as well as Amanda Waller. Loved the movie

"Peacemaker..What a joke' - Rick flag
This was my favourite line in the movie and the fight scene between Peacemaker and Flag was my favourite scene in the movie.
I actually really liked how Peacemaker was portrayed . Because if you pair up a team of bad guys, not all of them will have good in them. Some people are just evil, and that's who peacemaker was. Not to mention he was very conflicted during his fight with Flag, he didn't wanna kill him because he had grown close with the team, but because of his ideology he had to.

I didn’t think I would say this, but Rat Catcher 2 is a my favorite character from the film.

What I love Amanda Waller as a character is that despite how twisted she is, she isn't really a typical villain. Her actions are usually based on the idea of patriotism or "peace" and she is convinced that her methods are necessary to achieve her goals so she has no regrets or remorse at all. Seeing such a twisted and somewhat evil character being so devoted to achieve peace and believe gaining benefits for her country is the number 1 priority, is just a fascinating contrast.

Fun Fact: It was confirmed that Savant was in prison after being defeated by Black Canary, so him killing the yellow bird (which WAS actually a canary) could symbolize his feelings of anger towards the person who got him locked away 🐦

The suicide squad was the best movie I’ve seen so far this year, hands down. And it’ll probably stay that way. James Gunn was not joking when he said he had more fun on set of this than his GOTG movies, it’s evident. This movie actually made me like Rick Flags. Ratcatcher 2’s story was beautiful and Bloodsports fear came full circle which was just beautiful as well. King shark was also a nice addition and had some heart felt moments with him. And of course Harley being Harley, badass and funny. God I’m watching this move again

We did sort of get a glimpse of Peacemaker questioning his values when he was a bit hesitant to kill Rick Flag. On the surface, he didn’t want to kill someone with such a decorated military background, but it’s possible Peacemaker also questioned if it was the right thing to do. The many looks he gave during the fight, especially after the final blow, suggested he may not have as easy of a time killing anybody for peace as he thought. I think once he followed through with the kill, he crossed the line of full dedication to the cause, making it easier to attempt to get rid of rat catcher 2. Idk dood

1. Peacemaker, (funniest character, very orginal and refreshing take on his alignment. I like my villains to act like villains in a movie about villains)
2. Bloodsport, (Idris Elba has just so much gravitas on the screen)
3. Ratcatcher 2 (Very adorable character, not a villain but enjoyed her interactions with everyone. Great acting with Peacemaker at the end also.)
4. Rick Flag (Major upgrade from the previous movie, has the best line of the movie and the most emotional moments)
5. King Shark (Very simplistic character but he works in the movie without feeling out of place, better character than Groot anyways)
6. Harley Quinn (Best fight sequence in the movie with one funny line during the interrogation scene. Otherwise her storyline felt disjointed from the rest perhaps on purpose. I did like Gunn showed her more crazier side than just being an anti-hero.
7. Polka dot man, sequences with his mother was quite funny but I didn't connect to his personality much due to him being in the background a lot.

I think they did give peacemaker some humanity. The way John cena acted out the scenes showed some clear conflict like he didn’t want to do it but he felt he had to. We’ll definitely get the answers to why he’s the way he is in the series

The scene where starro turned into his mom made me laugh out loud.
