What if NBA is a trending topic with games on hold. One of the most interesting scenarios is “What if Kobe Bryant had joined the Clippers in 2004?” That year was a turning point for Kobe and the Lakers. The Black Mamba was an unrestricted free agent. The team had just lost in the Finals against the Pistons and the Shaq vs. Kobe rivalry was at its peak. The Lakers essentially chose Kobe over Shaq after the Big Diesel made a trade request but Kobe was extremely close to choosing the Clippers or the Bulls. What if Kobe had signed with the Bulls is something we’ve explored before but What if Kobe signed with the Clippers is just as interesting.

Im glad we didn't get him.
He wouldn't have won anything with our cast it was lackluster and Kobe staying with the lakers shows his loyalty.

I think hypotheticals are hard to predict, Kobe to the Clippers could've set into motion a set of events that would've changed the league Kobe to Clippers, Shaq stays a Laker, D Wade doesn't win a chip.

Lakers would’ve been better off. Lebron was always going to be a Laker as soon as Kobe was gone and he was a free agent. Marc Gasol and Lebron would’ve won many titles together, imagine the defense
