how have you found the customer support? i like the idea of having a help desk chat feature, which they do not, im wondering how it is getting help for technical issues by email?

Does this interactive video feature work with the 99 $ plan? Or only the $250 plan

To take it further, does this platform also integrate possibly legal stuff? Like patents and copyright protection of your courses and app? I am having preliminary delays as to how to protect my ideas and curriculum and more importantly my unique delivery or design of my courses with a patent solicitor including trademarking the name etc. This take capital and third party know how. Hence it has really caused me to delay in the creation of my online course. Until I can be rest assured that I am protected I will not move forward.
