Netflix needs to make more horror-suspense-thrillers

I really really wish it is half as good as dark. I miss that show so much.

Hopefully it gets more recognition on Netflix than it did on BBC One and BBC Iplayer, Welsh shows need more recognition

I watched the first two episodes of this and have never been so bored. The supernatural aspects of the story were pushed into the background while her relationships with the other characters took centre stage especially when she slept with the arrogant Aussie which I saw coming a mile off. It was like watching a soap opera with a vague mention of a ghost here and there

When I saw this title my first thought was..." Requiem for a Dream". 😨

I watched this when it was on the BBC and I wanted to like it so much, being Welsh, but by the end I honestly felt like I'd wasted several hours of my life....The acting was great but the ending was incredibly dissatisfying.

I really loved the characters and the story kept me interested to see what would happen. The ending left me a bit unsatisfied as i was still a bit confused about certain characters motivations and decisions. Overall its decent though. No jumpscares, no obnoxious overdramatization, alright suspence. Worth a watch just for the dynamic between Hal and Matilda.
I give it a 6/10

How was she still pure of heart? And what about the situation with the dad? Were the thin ones just communicating with him for fun? Why would they try to hurt him through her? Also, it doesn't add up about the weed. And Ewyn's sister, the one that couldn't speak, are we supposed to believe she wasn't also in on it in the beginning? There was so much meat to this plot that was glanced over. I'm still very confused by what they were trying to do by bringing an Archangel to being. Did they think it would obey them? And what they hell happened to Hal? Was the Thin one that attacked him tell him to rob himself with the blood of the lamb to protect himself? Then who was doing it before him? Someone else know about lamb's blood. Not Sean, surely, else he would have made Matilda bathe in it.

That scene when Joel Fry's character was driving though...
